Admixtures for Concrete and Mortar

Water Reducing Plasticisers

Flocrete N - A plasticizer giving water reduction, aids workability and allows a reduction in cement content.

Supaflo - Imparts high workability without the addition of extra waterfor concrete, mortar and grouts.

Trowelite - Workability aid for sand/cement mortars eliminating the need for lime.

Concrete Admixtures & Waterproofers

Setcrete 1 - Easily dispersed water repelling admixture for mass Concrete renders and screeds. Ideal for tanking.

Setcrete 2 - A chloride and nitrate free liquid accelerator used in the preparation of cement based water plugs.

Setcrete 4A - Ready to use quick setting additive for use with fresh OPC to accelerate set time to approx 40 seconds. Ideal when leak plugging is required.

Resin Based Repair Compounds

Epoxy resin adhesive & sealant. High strength, Flexible, gap filling characteristics for bonding new And old concrete and for sealing cracks.

Quickmast 201 - High strength epoxy resin mortar for general use, particularly suitable for repairs to concrete subject to heavy traffic and as a heavy duty bedding mortar.

Quickmast 392 - A fast setting polyester resin adhesive and repair compound. Non-critical mix ratio allows to be used as a putty for localised Repairs.

Quickmast 601 - Lightweight epoxy resin mortar for a rapid Setting repair compound for concrete in Overhead or vertical situations.

Cement Based Repair Compounds

Cempatch LW - Lightweight cementious repair mortar. Suitable for overhead and vertical surfaces

Cempatch N - High strength repair mortar for spalled or damaged concrete. Excellent adhesion and weather resistance.

Cempatch Primer - Enhances the bond between repair mortars and existing concrete surfaces.

Cempatch Rapid Repair Mortar - High strength rapid set patch repair concrete suitable for internal and external use. Walk on time of 1 hour.

Cement Based Grouts

Flo-grout HF - Non-shrink, high-flow cementious grout.

Flo-grout 1 - General purpose non-shrink grout suitable for a wide range of Applications. Gap filling of 10-50mm.

Flo-grout 2 - For applications where a non-shrink grout needs to be poured at a thickness of between 20-200mm in a single layer.

Flo-grout 3 - Low soluble alkali content and non-reactive aggregate for the restoration and repair of large structural sections.

Chemical Fixings

Keyfix P - High strength, fast curing, polyester resin grout and adhesive supplied pre-packed into dual compartment cartridges for ease of application.
